Get ready for a smooth aural treat as Emanuel Schmidt and his wondrous jazz quartet channels the great music of legendary musician Miles Davis at the Lloyd George U.S. Courthouse on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 12:00 noon onwards.
The event will feature the Emanuel Schmidt Quartet’s rendition of the great works of Miles Davis who was known for his changing the face of Jazz several times in the course of his musical career. Davis was known for his expressiveness, near-genius use of space, innovation, and creativity as he brought to his audience the crisp sound of jazz notes, tunes, and melodies.
The musicians gracing the stage will be Skip Martin on Trumpet, Steve Flora on Bass, Mike Mechum on Drums, and Emanuel Schmidt on Guitar.
